Our Dedicated Staff
MOW employs a core team of part-time staff who do a stellar job organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of our busy organization. Our team includes:
Judy is responsible for all account activity including invoicing and receivables and prepares regular reporting details for the Board and Finance Committee.
Miriam is responsible for managing and ensuring that adequate volunteers are available each day to meet the staffing requirements of the kitchen and delivery teams. She also oversees community outreach activities that require volunteer assistance.
Manager of Operations
Carol oversees every aspect of our kitchen operation. She supervises ordering, food preparation and packaging, recipe development, kitchen maintenance and kitchen office record keeping.
Client Services Manager
Tannika is our client liaison handling all aspects of client relations – from initial assessment to record keeping and follow up communications. In addition, she maintains relationships with doctors, social workers and caregivers to ensure that the needs of our clients are met.
